In spite of the weather Sat.- what a great weekend and facility. I never got a chance to thank Dave personally for putting on a great Banquet Sat. nite. What a class act from a class guy.
There was a couple of brothers at the banquet who were pretending to be Canadians and wore " eh-hole" T-shirts. But come race day on Sunday they showed they really were hosers and not posers and both ran away with the race. Also a class act from a class family !
Made a lot of new friends in the paddock and really looking forward to next year.

Gotta agree with you 100%, Max.
If you have to be at a racetrack under miserable conditions, NJMP is the place to be! Garages, suites, creature comforts, even the kids had fun.
A great event, made even better by the great guys that make it up.
I'm watching my videos, which I'll post soon, you guys were really going at each other!
Glad I didn't miss all the podium celebration, thanks for setting that up, and everything else, Dave!

For those looking for on-track pics of the weekend, here's some available to buy.

No affiliation, etc. Just found them browsing.

BTW.... I though the rain added an excellent variable to the weekend! More footage to come.

post more vids if you have them.
By the way, it's impolite not to wave goodbye.... :D

Glad I finally got to meet the legendary Crowells, and get a view first hand.
Your cars seem nicely prepared and very well driven.

Nice to meet you as well Frank! I will try and get what video I have up (don't know how long my battery lasted). I will say Case's video contains a wonderful soundtrack of a differential that is nearing self-destruction! I'll give him that excuse for not keeping up with me and then flip it for his significant advantage in the rain :D .

I heard you guys had a bang up of a time :D
So what was the finally count on how many left the track that weekend with some racing wounds? From Rod's ccount (and he being one of the first ones) it was crazy! I looked to see and it wasn't a full moon that weekend, so why :?:

I got hit twice, both times in the rear (when you're slow that's where you get hit). Result was 2 broken broken bumper shocks, a bent tow hook, and some cracked bondo on the rear quarter. There were at least 6 other cars with "War wounds". The track was cold and the driving was "enthusiastic". It was interesting that most of the carnage took place in the dry race.
