944 Cup will not be racing at Mosport this summer. Unfortunately it has been renamed to Canadian Tire Motorsports Park. What a terrible name, let's hope they made a lot of money off this deal and continue with the major improvements. You've got to love the International name. How many Americans even know what Canadian Tire is? |

Too sad .... "Mosport" is the Holy Grail! This is something that the Canadian Tire marketing people should be ashamed of. If they were worth their salt, they would have at least left "Mosport" in the renaming if they had to rename it at all.(IMO) Lets see.....let's change Watkins Glen International into "Walmart International" and Daytona into "McDonalds Raceland" |
