IMS Productions to Provide World Challenge TV Production

TOPEKA, Kan. (Feb. 4, 2010) - WC Vision and SCCA Pro Racing announced today
that IMS Productions will produce the television broadcasts for the 2010
World Challenge(r) Championships. Each race, which will include segments
from Internal Combustion Group, will air in a prime time weekend schedule on
Versus in HD.

As the media and technology partner to the world-famous Indianapolis Motor
Speedway and the Indy Racing League, IMS Productions provides Emmy-Award
winning production for the series, which also airs on Versus.

Internal Combustion Group, which post-produced the World Challenge
broadcasts in 2009, will assist by providing in-show features as well as the
announce crew including Tom Hnatiw, the long-time at-track voice of SCCA Pro
Racing and World Challenge, and Greg Creamer, who has called televised World
Challenge races for the last 10 years.

"We have a tremendous team producing our 2010 TV programming," WC Vision VP,
Marketing & Communications Dave Drimmie said. "IMS has a long track record
of producing top-notch, high quality racing shows, and Hnatiw, Creamer and
ICG know the series inside and out and will be able to give our fans
intelligent and insightful World Challenge commentary, analysis and
features."

IMS Productions will manage production and provide the post-production of
the broadcasts and deliver the product to Versus, in 63.8 million households
across the US. The partnership between IMS Productions and World Challenge
was a natural one, with the series joining the IRL IndyCar(r) Series at five
venues.

"Indianapolis Motor Speedway Productions is excited to be the Production and
Technical Facility provider for the 2010 World Challenge HD telecasts on
VERSUS," IMS Productions Vice President and Executive Producer Brian Gordon
said. "Five of the eight World Challenge race weekends are happening during
IZOD IndyCar Series events, so it makes perfect sense to have our
experienced production team capture the on-track action and finish the
post-production at our state-of-the art HD facility across from the
Indianapolis Motor Speedway. We also look forward to working with the
Internal Combustion Group to create compelling World Challenge content."

Hnatiw and Creamer return to the booth, bringing the most knowledgeable and
entertaining one-two punch in American road racing.

"We were thrilled with the prospect of working with IMS Productions in 2010
after an absolutely outstanding experience working with them only a little
in 2009," Internal Combustion Group President Hnatiw said. "The depth of
talent at IMS is as good, or better, than any motorsports television
organization on the planet.

"I can't wait to tackle this new format from a play-by-play broadcasting
perspective. Then again, I've never been at a loss of words when it's about
my favorite racing series."

The 2010 World Challenge Championships begin with a double-race weekend in
St. Petersburg, Fla. as part of the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg,
March 26-28. The two races will air in one program April 18 at 2 p.m.
(Eastern) on Versus.
