For those that do not know....I recently had a fire in my 944. Minimal damage. However, when I exited the car I forgot to turn OFF the electrical disconnect. In my car the disconnect is on the roll cage, passenger side. No problems this time but I wanted the ability to turn-off the disconnect while still strapped in tight. So, I added another pull handle in front of my gear shifter, right next to the Fire Suppression Systems Handles. Yes Handles, I added a second fire suppression system. This third pull handle will turn OFF the disconnect.

Lucky I had this Pull Handle this past weekend. During a practice sesssion, the throttle stuck wide ass open (WAO) at the braking point going into T3 at Road Atlanta. The engine bounced off the rev limiter 2 times just as I pull the newly installed electrical disconnect handle, I drove off track onto the motorcycle racing track and easily stopped the car without any further incident. Fixed the issue and raced the rest of the weekend without any more issues.

If your electrical disconnect is NOT easily accessible to you, I would suggest this simple modification.
