Exciting news for the series for this year's Nationals at VIR. The 944 Cup drivers are going to get a chance to match their driving skills and wits against the likes of some of the very best road racers out there today. This is a once in a lifetime chance for most of us to be on the track with drivers of this notoriety and talent in similarly prepared cars.

We're currently woking out the details for 3 Pro drivers from the World Challenge to race at Nationals with us in the NTech Pink Porsches, including Peter Cummingham , Randy Pobst, current leaders of their WC classes, or Andy Pilgrim, and Scott Bove.

We expect as part of the package to bring this level of driver into the series, the 944 Cup will be featured in a vignette on Versus during their broadcast of the WC race.

Wow! Can we have traqmates installed in their cars and share the data with everyone?

I am told the pros are open to having a talk and chalk with us in getting a 944 around VIR thruout the weekend. And, I think Nick does use some high end data acqusition in his cars, so could be very informative weekend for us.
