Good work on the schedule. Thanks for setting this up. Looks like some fun and challenging tracks!

I wanted to confirm - looks like there are:

- 6 regional race weekends
- 1 National championship race weekend (which is also counts as regional races)

Does this mean a total of 14 races with 4 drops? Apologies if this was posted elsewhere already.

The first two points are correct, but the last is yet to be determined. Due to 3 race weekends, the number of points races have not yet been decided. For example, it's unlikely we would require the enduros from PCA weekend. Expect 14-16 races and as usual, the best 10 will count.

All the 944 racer at the Lime Rock event did not understand why that race does not count on the points, for us in the North est region is our first race and for somme of the racers is the only one (recesion)???

With the consolidation of the chapters, not all events could be kept. North events were designed to be as geographically central to both the old Northeast and Mid-Atlantic chapters as possible. Since Mosport and Watkins Glen were already on the schedule due to popularity, it wouldn't be fair to more southern drivers to have an event at Lime Rock.

Not sure why folks who only run one race a year would care about points anyway.
