just to make sure, my last anual inspection was done at the last lime rock event last season but i beleve i need to have another for the mosport race correct?

Yes, each car will need a current log book, meaning an annual inspection by the sanctioning body in 2011, i.e. PCA, SCCA, NASA, OR CASC.
