^^Seems like a waste of a race^^
Similar thing happened to me. After they stressed at the driver's meeting that we MUST pit if we have any contact, I came straight in after Randolph bumped me, and guess what? NO ONE was there. I sat there until I figured to hell with it and went back out. Race over.

I know the feeling Chris, same thing happened to me right before I coated your windshield. Sorry about that. I think I at least took most of the puddle for you. My windshield was completely coated with a layer of mud before I hit the wipers, which may have worked out better for me, since it didn't smear that bad. Look at the pictures that Chris Brady shared the link to yesterday, I drove the whole race like that because I was to stubborn to pit.

I was another recipient of that shower of mud, and did the same thing, tried my wipers with a bad result. I also, like Chris, was too stubborn to pit, and from turn 2 to the entry to the Octopus, could barely see. I needed somebody in front of me to chase so I knew when to turn in for the chicane. I can't remember how many times I blew the entry and exit out of that turn and ended up travelling thru the grass. Considering I was driving by braile, my lap times were pretty good
