1985.5 944. About 201k. Guards red w/black interior. Power leather dr and pass seats, no cracks or tears. Redline roll bar w/fire extinguisher. Turbo rear valence. 2 sets of wheels; stock phone dials, 1 with RA1s, 1 street tires. 968 front sway bar/ Weltmeister throttle cam. K&N air filter and upgraded chip. Stainless performance muffler. Has a rear sway bar. Recent work: replaced engine w/a lower mileage unit (approx 98k). Replaced all seals, water pump, tensioner, roller, intake boot, upper radiator hose, t-stat, all belts, head gasket (had head machined and checked for leaks and flow), vacuum lines and connectors replaced, ICV and hose, heater control valve, heater hoses, complete clutch kit, machine freewheel, new bolts, temp sensor, pilot bearing, needle bearing, operating shaft, engine mounts, rebuilt injectors, rod bearings and nuts, and Lindsey pan baffle kit. About 5k ago, a/c kit installed (just had it recharged), ps hoses, clutch hose, sway bar bushings (solid bushing kit) and rebuilt lower control arms. At about 160k: flywheel replaced, fork shaft, clutch master and slaves replaced, ignition switch, steering rack and tie rods replaced and header welded. Recently removed and repaired driver’s outside mirror and replaced all the electrical connectors. Lots of spares including a lower control arm, after market steering wheel, sunroof bag, car cover, extra set new cross drilled front rotors, misc suspension parts (working toward an upgrade) and other various bits. $5k. (or about what I have in recent parts and labor) Good DE car. Fresh fluid and filter changes. I'm sure I'll remember more.
