1987 Porsche 924S race car for sale—$8,100 OBO A lap at Mid-Ohio chasing Tommy Byrne: https://www.facebook.com/dpd924/videos/ ... 450050695/ • All maintenance records and receipts since the car was built in 2002/03 • All maintenance done by Chris Moore at Autobahn Extremist in Avon Lake, OH • 2.5 liter, four-cylinder built by Broadfoot Racing • Six-point welded in roll cage with triple door bars by Mark McMahan (http://www.rollcageguy.com) • PCA and NASA log books • 2 sets of 7” x 15” Porsche phone dial powder-coated wheels (one set red, one set black) and one set of 6” x 15” yellow powder-coated phone dials • Koni adjustable fronts with coil over kit (250 pound springs) and upper strut brace • Weltmeister adjustable sway bars front and rear • 28 MM rear torsion bars and adjustable rear shocks • Autobahn Extremist wiring harness and Odyssey lightweight battery • K & N cone air filter and aftermarket header • A/C condenser delete bracket (lowers alternator) • Quick release steering wheel • Late model left front steering spindle (solid, not hollow, so no speedo) • Lowered, aligned and corner weighted by Autobahn Extremist • Porsche limited slip differential locked at approximately 40% • Weltmeister performance chip • Innovate Motorsports modular tuning system with digital air/fuel gauge • Sparco Evo 2 seats driver and passenger and Brey-Krause seat back brace for driver • 2017 6-point harnesses for driver and passenger • Window net and center safety net (need to be updated for racing) • Lexan rear hatch (Glass hatch available) • Fire suppression system with two interior nozzles • New OE radiator, 944 turbo half shafts and master cylinder May 2016 • Interior gutted except for dashboard and center console. Car currently weighs less than 2600 pounds. • Fast, safe and reliable. My best lap at Mid-Ohio is 1:47.5; you can do better. Last raced Sept. 2013, used in 1 or 2 DEs each year last 4 years.
