FS: 2.7L 944 complete motor, >5K on rebuilt motor

Selling my backup 2.7L motor, motor build has less than 5K miles on it. Every gasket, seal, bearing, nut and bolt was replaced. Decked head (within allowence), piston rings, valves, springs, seats replaced, and much more.
Asking $3,500.00, this is way below build cost.
