Hey all, I am looking for a broken, non servicable factory 944 LSD that I can send to Germany for use as a sample. I have been in contact with a LSD provider that I have worked with in the past concerning building a good racing LSD for our cars. It would be light, small and most likely a ramp and plate design. Cost should be well under the Guard units that are currently available and I suspect the service life of the unit will be much better than the factory unit.
I will pay for freight if someone has a housing that could be used for this purpose. It can have spun bearings on the output stub or any other defect that renders it unuseable. Greg Fordahl

Are you willing to let me send it back to Germany? The company would like a fairly complete unit to measure before they proceed with building new units. Greg
