I am looking for 4-8Jx16 or 7Jx16 wheels (Late offset of 52.3mm) for the 924S. Mounted Hoosiers a plus.

I have a set of late offset (Turbo) Phone Dials like you are looking for. They have a set of Kumho Ecsta Supra tires mounted with lots of tread (225/50ZR16 & 245/45ZR16).

I realize you're looking specifically for phone dials, but if you're interested at all in BBS 3-piece race wheels, I have the following in 8 and 8 1/2 inch sizes:
16" x 8", 49mm offset: RS-158, 8J x 16H2-ET49 (2 white, 2 silver)
16" x 8.5", 56mm offset: RS-131, 8.5J x 16H2-ET56 (2 black, 2 silver)
