Have 924S with early 944 brakes, #500 front springs, 32 mm rear torsion bars, Bilstein non adustable shocks,
Problem, car pitches forward under heavey braking and the rear goes up and the rear brakes lock.
Anyone have this problem and a solutuon. I have to moderate brake before getting on the brakes hard to keep rear from locking up.
Can you put brake bias on a ITS car?

Brake bias adjustment is legal in ITS prep, but you shouldnt need to make the car brake right and certainly not have the issues you are talking about. Dont knwo what is causing yur problem, but something's not right.

Maybe the shocks are worn. It sounds like too little compression resistence in the front or too little rebound in the rear. Does the car sit level, or is the rear significantly higher than the front? I was having some braking problems and lowering the rear helped.

All of the early cars suffer from entry oversteer during braking with a light fuel load. There are two different master cylinders for the 944 series car, with slight differences in the bore size. The rear rotors are also .2" larger than the front rotors. The easy fix is to install a stock Porsche rear bias valve from a 951 in the rear circuit. These limiter valves screw directly to the master cylinder and the rear brake line threads directly into the valve. This valve has an internal spring that limits the amount of initial rear brake pressure. There are several versions of this valve in the Porsche parts system with different limits, so it is quite tunable. Alternatively you can legally install an adjustable valve in the ITS prep allowance and adjust it how you like. Greg F
