My Stahl headers still are still in good shape, but the 4 into 1 slip on collector has rusted away.
Stahl has said they can make me another.
Question, the collector on this car has a large dent in the collector that allows the starter to clear the collecter at about the 2 o'clock position. Stahl says that they did not put it in and I bought the car as it is now.
Does anyone else have this type collector and the dent?
Is there another starter that is shorter, I could use?

The later oem starters smaller. and one of our sponsors sells a lighter starter that may work.

I have a Stahl header.The smaller oe starter works fine for me.The collector is a separate piece from the header as you describe.

speaking of headers, there was someone on ebay awhile back that was selling stainless headers with a burns collector...anyone know who that was?
