Scroing for Enduros for 2010 will go like this:
Under 1 Hour = Normal Points
1 to 2 Hours = Double Points
over 2 Hours = Triple Points By double and triple points,we mean the driver will be scored for 2 or 3 races for the points scored for a single race, for example: 90 minute Enduro = 40 + 40 points, 3 hour Enduro = 40 + 40 + 40

What if people split time and haven't declared as a team?

Webmaster wrote: What if people split time and haven't declared as a team? Same as last year. We will permit the scoring to be split among 2 drivers if both drivers race in the enduro for 30% or more of the laps completed. For example, if a 2 driver team wins a Level 1 Enduro, each driver will be credited for 1 win at 30 points. If only one of the drivers does 30% or more of the laps completed, only that driver will receive credit for any points earned. No more then 2 drivers are eligible to race in an Enduro for points to be earned for the championship. If more then 2 drivers race in the Enduro, no points will be awarded to any driver.

Big Joe,
Yes. In most all of the 944CUP races scheduled in the Southeast with PCA and SCCA there are Enduros scheduled on the weekends. PCA race at Road Atlanta has a 90 minute enduro, PCA race at CMP has enduro planned and the SCCA races at Road Atlanta and Barber Motorsports Park have 3 hour enduros scheduled.
I also think the 944CUP SCC race at Daytona in October with PCA will also have an Enduro.

Hey Tim, gotcha, thanks. Need some of those up this way, been to CMP a few times, like the track but its a car killer if you find yourself on those gators, distributor rotors, reference sensors, to violent on the car. They are the worst I have had the dis-pleasure of being introduced to.....several times. Yea yea, stay off the gators, a novel thought. Slow down perhaps?.....not. Learn to drive?....priceless. There will be a 90 minute enduro on Sunday May 30th at Watkins Glen with PCA. This is part of the NEC series.

Big Joe,
Been there done that at CMP......shook the car so bad that the brake calipers moved and did not know it until braking at T1 then another time the DME shook out of the relay base and car lost power.
Last corner at CMP is definetly slooooow in or you will be really out fast:)

Now scoring 2 drivers for a 2 plus hr enduro gets is more problematic. Joe : driving tip for CMP. dont ride those last ste of gators, it can sjake loose some important parts. Or keep drivin the gators and give a wave as we all go by.
