Now scoring 2 drivers for a 2 plus hr enduro gets is more problematic.

Wouldn't it just be triple points for each driver? If two drivers are both awarded single points when <1 hour, they should both get double or triple.

I dont think so. For the Level 1 Enduro, 2 drivers are splitting the results for 2 races or 0ne a piece. For a Level 2 Enduro, 2 drivers are splitting just the results of 3 races, which is 1.5, which doesnt work.

Why not? Half points is half points, whether it counts as 80 or 120.

Well, it matters if there are drops. Its not 80, it's 40 and 40. So its not 120, but rather 40, 40 and 40, and if the 2 drivers split would go 40 and 20 for each driver. And a 20 not really a good value for a frequent racer with drops coming into play because then its rather worthless to do the 3 hr enduro. Yur splitting three 3 races bewtween 2 drivers.

Ya need to either not have the Level 2 enduro and count anything over and hour as 2 races, or say split the 3 races bewteen the drivers so that driver gets credit for to finishes and the 2nd driver, say with less time in the car, get scredit for the rasce credit.

A 20 isn't a good value but neither is a 0, which they also get in the first scenario.

Scenario:
-2 drivers compete in a 90 minute enduro equally and win
-one driver is awarded 40 points for part 1, 0 for part 2
-the other driver is awarded 0 points for part 1, 40 for part 2

The result is each driver still gets a zero in a race they participated in. In the super-enduro scenario, each driver gets 40, 20 and 0 for the three races. The zero is a given drop and the 20 may not be, depending on how many races they complete.

The other option is the driver that does more get two 40s and the other gets one.

Of course, your point about splitting points making it worthless really applies to any enduro scenario, not just a triple. If I can get two 40s for competing in a 90 min race instead of one 40 or co-driving, I'm going it alone.
