If you had a choice of going to Daytona or NJMP for the 2013 Nationals, what would be your choice?

Both would be in October. For both, a separate run group.

My head says NJMP because it is close to home and a more technical track. But my heart/vote (I did vote) goes for Daytona to cross off another bucket list track.

NJMP. Long tow from Delaware, be burning a weeks vacation there and back. And I'd have to install a good radio or CD player to pass the time while driving on the oval section :)

I know I'd love to drive the big D someday, but if our Nationals go there I think we all need to chip in and send a transport truck down and we fly in. I don't know about the rest of you, but missing extra work days is more costly than travelling in style for me.

Franz: Its only money, and you Super Cup guys are loaded. Your only going to leave it to your kids who are going to piss it away, or your wife, when u kick the bucket 10 years before she does, on the some young dude. Don't fall into that trap.

Ps. we did contract for a 10 car hauler when Daytona was a points race for the MidAtlantic Chapter, in the early crazy years of the series. When the open hauler arrived at Rennsport Reunion II with all those 944's , even Brian Redman was impressed, as he told when he came by the Cup paddock.

Oh, I'd get there, I think I already stated that. Just not gonna trailer it myself, that's all.
