Similarly, Terry, you and your staff were flawless all weekend and made it easy to enjoy.
Perhaps a synergy that we can enjoy again next year?

Thanks Frank. We enjoyed putting this event together and are pleased that it worked for our competitors.

Congratulations to you and Tyler Comat for your hard earned victories last weekend.

See ya at the races

Terry

Move of the Year: Changing Nationals weekend up one week in October with SCCA from last year's weekend with NASA which was the last weekendin October.

Last year's Nationals was absolutely horrible weather conditions. And of course this weekend there's unprecedented storm hitting NJ.

I'm thinking exactly that, as this storm closes in on us....

Flipping through the latest issue of "SportsCar" and wondering if 944Cup will get any coverage for this event?
Terry?

Gentlemen, As many are aware I experienced a minor "off" at the Nationals that ended in a big "Ouch". Being that it was five laps into the first practice only added insult to injury! Be that as it may I am deeply appreciative to the South Jersey SCCA, track medical staff, corner workers and wrecker drivers for their response and support. I was a bit out of sorts and they treated me first class. My fellow 944 Cup Drivers came to my aid and assisted in resurrecting the broken mess so that I could actually drive it on to the trailer on Sunday! The friendship that exists within the 44 Cup Community is second to none. Yesterday in the mail I received a letter, hand addressed from the South Jersey SCCA region...at first I though oh nooo wonder what those tire stacks are going to cost me! To my surprise it was a full refund of my registration fee. That my friends is unheard of. I never expected it and can only offer my sincerest thanks to South Jersey SCCA and to Terry, It will go a long way in getting me back on the track. We don't always have great days at the track but we have certainly made great friends along the way.

Thanks everyone
Your friend
Dave (the other one)

Dave thanks for sharing your thoughts and expressing your gratitude, especially to the South Jersey SCCA region. I have never heard of such generosity from a race organizer! Cheers to them and I look forward to racing with you next year.

In all my years of racing, and thats too many to admit, I have never see that happen. Amazing that a race organization can put themselves in the position of the driver in tough times. Thumbs up for SCCA and the South Jersey Region.
