The preferred hotel will be The Sullivan in Rock Hill. Closet to track, very nice, reasonable price, and 2 restaurants next door, one of which will be where the banquet will be held.

We are currently in process of trying to book the entire 70 room hotel. I would call the hotel and ask to be put on the list for a room once the group booking is done. Say you are with the Porsche group.

This event at Monticello will be limited to 125 entries in total!!!!!!!!!! That all PCA classes including Cup classes. This is a limit placed by the track and not PCA.

It will be very important for Cup drivers to register quickly once registration opens as I will not be able to guarantee all the Cup drivers get that want to if they delay. Best I can do is can notice when it will happen.

Unfortunately all the rooms at The Sullivan were booked for a wedding in the last 24 hours. Looking for other options.

Dave, will the track allow sleeping in trailers in the paddock? Are there shower facilities etc?

You will be able to sleep at the track, however there are currently limited showers available for members in club house and cant say they will be open to our drivers.

Apparently the Catskills is a destination for people who want to get married,, and October is a very popular month. So, I would suggest you book your room now. Two of the nicer paces are a Courtyard Mariott and Hampton Inn in Middletown. There is a bunch of lesser rated, less expensive hotels around Monticello that can be googled. Whatever your liking, recommend booking now, and sorting it all out later if need be.
