For those reserving a garage, you will be given the option to pay for and select your garage space when you register. We are encouraging 944 Cup drivers to select a garage space in the Blue garage section between the numbers #1 thru #50 .

Dave,
Are you using the Sunday endure for the national race?

No.

PCA is providing us a 944 Cup only race on Sunday for the 944 Cup National Championship race. The enduros are available to anyone interested but are not counted as either a Regional or National 944 Cup race, and are totally optionally for registration. The National Championship race is 40 minutes in duration and is included in the price when you register for the Saturday sprint races.

We will have the 944 Cup awards ceremony on Saturday at 6pm which will be held at the dinner track side at the 500 Room located just in front of the garages across from the start finish line. The awards ceremony include presentation of the Regional championship trophies along with the traditional prize giveaway provided for by our sponsors. Everyone wins something.

No separate membership or registration to be a part of the 944 Cup Nationals. Drivers need only register for the base entry fee for the 2 Saturday sprint races in SP1, SP2 or SP3 to be included in the 944 Cup Nationals. And, drivers are automatically registered to win one of these prizes at Nationals Awards Ceremony Saturday evening: www.44cup.com/sponsors . Every driver takes home a prize. In addition to the 2 sprint races on Saturday, the entry also includes the 944 Cup National Championship race on Sunday. The Sunday enduro counts for nothing in the 944 Cup.

For the Sunday Championship race, the grid for the race is to be based on the fastest time in the second sprint race on Saturday.

Setting the grid for the second sprint race will be set by fastest lap in the first sprint.

This format is tentative with the final say to be announced in the drivers meeting on Thursday.
