A form must be completed for each car competing in the series and for each Cup Chapter the car is competing in. The form must be handed into the Cup Director prior to the car's first race of 2010. Any changes to the car that effect the answers provided on the Form, will require a new Form be completed and handed into the Cup Director prior to the next race.
