It's really hard to get down to that weight, but these cars seem to respond very nicely to the reductions, so I'm for it, even if I can't achieve it. |

No, I wouldn't call it a problem, just a bit of work. I'd have to dive and and gut my whole dash at this point, which I'd love to do... |

The weight reduction of 50 lbs will effect all models, except for the 968. The 968 model dominated Nationals this year showing that the 6 speed tranny, vario cam, and updated air box gave the car an advantage over the other SC models. |

No problem getting down to 2700 lbs. Ran ballast to run 2750 lbs. |

Proposed SC weights as provided to PCA. If a spec tire manufacturer is brought on for 2014, the possiblity exists to make a weight allowance add on for cars not using the spec tire manufacturer.
