In conjunction with PCA, the series is developing a turbo boost telltale gauge which will be field tested early in the season with the intention of making spot checks for proper boost on the 944 turbo models. If the field test prove accurate and reliable, PCA will buy several gauges for tech compliance tests throughout the season.
The gauge can be installed on selected cars in just a few minutes and removed after testing just as quickly. SP 3 cars will be included in the application of the boost gauge.
