What are the rules on Wastegates ? Can you run anything else or stock only ? Lindsey Clubgate , etc ?? |

How about the Lindsey Club gate , it is legal in the other PCA Stock Classes ? |

It's in the Rule Book plus Lindsey says it is legal |

Need to have something in writing from PCA. You indicated the PCA rule book allows the Lindsey wasetgate, can you please provide a reference. PCA does at times provide exceptions to the rule book, but must be in writing from PCA club race official and include with your log book. If you can source such an exception that is in wiriting, we can also allow in the Cup series. Claims of rules exceptions by individuals or companies are not sufficient by themselves to validate variances from the PCA rule book. |

The Club Gate is a legal and common mod. I took mine out years ago when it failed. Just put a spare stock one on I had and have used ever since. PCA will confirm the legality, you just need to email Donna or whomever is in charge now. I guess I am safe on the wastegate, but I don't have a letter saying my Charlie Arms are an "approved replacement" nor for my Racer's Edge Billet Hubs, nor 8.5" front wheels . . . . yikes.

Your safe Mike, only matters if you actually go racing  ps. Donna is no longer the Chief Scrut. But probably back when Mike last raced Spoke to Dave Lindsey and he says he has documentation from PCA. When I get I will post for all and will also recognize the change. |
