Join us for this is a 3 day event on June 20,21,23 with 3 points races. Three classes will be offered to include SP1 (944 Spec), SP2 (944 Cup), and SP3 (944 Super Cup). The total track time available to the 944 Cup classes is 3 hours and 15 minutes. [u]The 944 Cup classes will have their own dedicated run group. This is not a part of a PCA weekend so it gives the drivers in the series to race at a track not normally available to the series. Register in either SP1, SP2, or SP3 by going to http://www.clubregistration.net and search on club race Autobahn under 944 Cup. The Autobahn Country Club is an auto racing themed country club located in Joliet, Illinois. This 2014 event will feature the full track of 3.56 miles. For more details on the track, go to: http://www.autobahncc.com. The track is conveniently located near the Hollywood Casino Joliet, where you can reserve a room for the weekend, enjoy live entertainment, and maybe a bit of gaming during your stay. http://www.hollywoodcasinojoliet.com/ An added feature for this event is having available trackside support from Eurosport who has a facility right at the track should you be in need. If your 944 is displaying the 944 Cup windshield banner, you are eligible to win a pair of hard card passes of your choice to the any PWC/Indy Car race this year, such as the Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix, Indy Toronto, Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio, and Sonoma Grand Prix, and more. To enter the drawing, email a picture of your 944 displaying the 944 Cup windshield banner to cup944@aol.com. Need a banner, send an email to the same address. The passes provide general admission for each day of the event, access to the paddock for each day, and access to the PWC starting grid. These hard card passes are not available for purchase to the general public. Must be 18 years or older to use these passes. Passes can not be sold or transferred. Drawing will be held during the Autobahn race weekend. |
