What is the process for a temporary SCCA membership for this event for a crew member that is not currently an SCCA member? At most regional events you can buy them at registration. But for hot pass/credential purposes crew members will have to be members before notifying you of these folks before Sept. 6..right?

Just to be clear...the weekend membership will be available for purchase at the time of check-in/registration? All we have to do is get you the names...right? I know at some SCCA events they do not offer the temporary deal.

DD - can you remind to everyone to make 100% sure that they have no (z-e-r-o) antifreeze in their cars. Based on the what happened to the GTS4 cars when someone dumped a little antifreeze in the chute (2 cars totalled), this is a good time to remind everyone.
I don't think that SCCA would be happy with the cup if we glycol'd the track just before the pro's race.
Maybe this should be part of cup tech inspection by the scruts to doublecheck before cars hit the track on friday...

Dave and/or Tim Pruitt,
I just got back in the country and am a little out of date, so I have a few questions:
Where can I get the required SCCA decals and driver's suit patch?
What is the story on fuel inspection ports?
If I have 2010 SCCA logbook, do I still have to go through tech?
My car doesn't have an oil overflow bottle, is it required?
If it is, can anyone tell me an easy place to connect it?
Thanks,
John Torgersen
