DD,
Who do you suggest we get to write the letter of recommendation for the license form? Will SCCA allow you to do it? I have only competed in the National event one time so I have to go this route.

Myself or any other 944 Cup directors would be fine as a reference for drivers that do not have all of the SCCA requirements completed.

We install a small aeroquip dry break on the end on the fuel rail for fuel samples, but when in doubt, just point at the removable fuel pressure test port cap and tell the inspector that's it. Greg F

While we won't be having the Annual Awards Banquet this year at Nationals because of the timing, we are planning to have a Cup Dinner at the track, either in the Pagoda Room or the Gallery, on Friday or Saturday.

As done last year, the drivers will be comped on the dinner and crew and friends will be charged enough to cover costs. Beer included with a cash bar for wine and liquor.

The plan for now is to raffle off all the year end prizes at the dinner. Chances to win will likely be weighted based on regional particpation during the year.

As was done last year, the Saturday and Sunday race at Nationals will count for Regional Championships and each driver will be awarded points for their finish in Chapter. These 2 races also count towards Part 1 of the points format for Nationals discussed earlier in this thread.

Sounds great Dave!

The only thing that I have not seen yet is the entry fees. Any idea what they are going to be?

Under $500. Most likely around $475 for the 3 day race weekend and the Saturday evening banquet.
